                     Retreats 

We offer retreats three times a year. Personal Development, Business leaders, Entrepreneur & mother/daughter & Safe Space Retreats. We choose different cities or countries for each retreat. It's a safe space to share, unwind, and learn about yourself, learn to be intentional with all things to create the "Tru U" way of life.

Workshops

We have created workshops facilitated by the creator of "TRU U" Workshops. She is an accredited NLP &CBT Practitioner with a B.A. in H&HS. Master's in Psychology.  This program explores who you are, the whys and why not, learn what controls you and why.

 

Personal Coaching

Achieve personal and professional success with our life, business, and individual coaching.

We take a different approach to success. We find out what affects you and then show you how to make it effective!

What areas do you service?

We have clients and attendees of the retreat that attend from all over the country. The retreats alternate yearly; we could be on the East Coast and local or the West Coast or in another country. We make it a destination experience.

How do you price your services?

Our pricing is based on the scope and complexity of the retreat. We pride ourselves in keeping costs down and affordable for everyone. Our retreats are planned months out. Payment plans are available if needed.

How can we find out about the next retreat?

Our retreats are usually invite-only, by a current or previous attendee, or you will fill out a survey of why you would like to attend and some basic information about yourself. Contact us via our contact information and we will be in touch within 48 hours.
