Join us for our transformative retreats held three times a year, designed for personal development & transformation women, business leaders, entrepreneurs, and mother-daughter pairs. Each retreat is hosted in a unique city or country, providing a refreshing backdrop for your journey.

Our retreats offer a safe space to share experiences, unwind, and delve into self-discovery. Here, you’ll learn to embrace intentional living and cultivate the "Tru U" way of life.

"TRU U"Workshops

In addition to personal exploration, our workshops also emphasize the importance of emotional intelligence. Participants will learn how to recognize, understand, and manage their own emotions, as well as the emotions of others. This skill is essential for building stronger relationships, enhancing communication, and fostering a supportive community. We have clients and attendees of the retreat that attend from all over the country. The retreats alternate yearly; we could be on the East Coast and local or the West Coast or in another country. We make it a destination experience.

How do you price your services?

Our pricing is based on the scope and complexity of the retreat. We pride ourselves in keeping costs down and affordable for everyone. Our retreats are planned months out. Payment plans are available if needed.

How can we find out about the next retreat?

Our retreats are usually invite-only, by a current or previous attendee, or you will fill out a survey of why you would like to attend and some basic information about yourself. Contact us via our contact information and we will be in touch within 48 hours.
